I added kefir instead of buttermilk and the pancakes got even better.
Whole wheat pancakes YUM. Did you know you can ferzee bananas? I just leave them whole with peels on and put them in a ferzeer bag. Now I buy bananas as often as I want to without worrying that I’m either going to have to use them up or throw them out!
