What you need:
1. Dab a spot of glue on each piece of macaroni and stick it to the picture frame to create a cool design.
2. Spread the newspaper out on a flat surface and paint the macaroni and frame, leaving it to dry on the newspaper.
3. When the glue has dried, put a photo into the picture frame and put on display.
