Wind Spinner

What You Need:
• Paper plate
• Pencil
• Scissors
• Acrylic Paint
• Brush
• Water
• String

What You Do:
 • Start at the outer edge, and use a pencil to draw a two-inch wide spiral inwards toward the center of the plate. This marks where the plate will be cut after it is decorated.
• Paint the plate with the acrylic paint
•When the decorations are complete, cut along the pencil line.
• Make a hole in the center of the plate.
• Put the string through the hole.
• Finally, select the perfect spot to hang the spinner!
