What you need: 
• Photo Frame
• Seashells with flat backs
• Acrylic craft paint in red, white and blue
• Glitter(Optional)
• Craft glue
• Your favorite photo
What you do:
• With the craft paint, paint seashells white, red, and blue.
• As the paint dries, sprinkle glitter over the shells.
• Glue the shells to the frame with clear craft glue. Let dry.
• Insert your favorite photo.
